DYING! Account suspended
I’m dying of frustration. If anyone can help me, I would be so grateful. Amazon have suspended my account because they say they do not have enough information to reactivate my seller account at this time. We were unable to verify the document(s) you provided.
I provided my passport scans and company bank details.
Quality scans. Check.
Documents in line with address given. Check.
Documents up to date. Check.
Passport ID correct on personal info. Check.
What am I missing? Honestly it has become a crusade for me to get past this stage. I won’t give up. Any help is appreciated.

Is your business address consistent in your bank statements and companies house? Any discrepancy there would block you.
