FBA put me in negative
I’m new seller on amazon, I was advised by seller support FBA fees were the same as selling in Europe and UK, but now after selling 48 wrapping paper rolls I have a £300 negative balance because FBA fees for selling in France were 15.60 euros for one wrapping paper roll each!! Is this normal?
I’m at complete loss and seller support are not helping, customer service is extremely poor very disappointed for being a new seller.

Have they unrolled it to take the measurements? Stranger things have happened!

Check the measurements, but if you’re fulfilling from the UK then the FBA fees are almost double if the sales are from another EU site.

Seller support dont know everything about everything - you did well to speak to them on the phone to be fair - but always best to research everything for yourself
