FBA reimbursement refused
Hi we had a return 2nd of Feb, we started to ask where the return was on 17th March.
As there were three returns in that period, we did not know who’s did not come back.
Amazon in typical fashion, gave me disinformation for weeks, eventually we identified the return missing, only for Amazon to say it was past the reimbursement window and stiffed me for £3150!
Who do I take this to?
