Fix Price Alerts issue
Hi there
I’m having an issue with the fix price alerts page. My minimum price is higher than the price other sellers are selling for, and the page will not allow me to relist the product unless I match the lower price. I will be selling at a loss if I do this, so obviously there’s no point in doing that. Amazon help suggests “deactivating the pricing error detection setting” but I have no clue where this is, and Amazon kind of side-stepped the question when I asked them. Anyone got any ideas on how I can relist a product and still keep my intended lowest price?

We have the same issue, simply can not sell some products lower than what it is priced at causing pricing alerts
The deactivate feature is non existent, it can no be done. It describes an old feature which has been removed and no longer available
Best to simply stop selling the item if its going to continuously cause pricing alerts
