Getting paid - please help

Hello,

I have been emailing amazon for several months now and not one reply!
I have yet to receive any payment from amazon and I am currently owed £422. Everytime I am supposed to receive a payment, it says it could not be made and no reason given, I go through the realms of making sure bank details are correct and still months down the line nothing… There is no phone number for amazon which I find disgusting?! Can anyone help#?

There could be numerous reasons - you will have to provide more info.

Firstly, does your card ALWAYS have at least £5 available on it so Amazon can test it? Does your bank statement show Amazon are trying to “test” it by you seeing small amounts appear briefly?

Are through Verification? Are you suspended for some reason? Have you received any notifications? Are you in review?

As advised by @Shrewsbury_Marine_S1 before Amazon disburse funds to your bank, they do a test charge to your card, if no funds to cover £1-£5 test charge, then the disbursements fails and they try again on the next due date, this is usually the main reason for failed disbursements, so ensure your card can cover the test charge.

Is your account fully active and not suspended or undergoing a review? Have you recently received any performance notifications regarding this?

If you would like to contact the Seller Support either by e-mail or phone (which is only available for sellers with the professional selling plan), follow this link:
