Getting sick of Amazon enabling chancers

This problem of Amazon not marking deliveries as delivered (I use FBM) in customers accounts even when tracking is uploaded at the point of dispatch is getting out of control.
I’ve had 5 INR claims this week even though the tracking on Royal Mail shows delivered and a very nice customer confirm back to me that she wanted to leave us postitive feedback but couldn’t as although she was in receipt of the order it was showing as not delivered on her amazon account so she couldn’t leave feedback.

This is really just bringing out the chancers who see on their account “not delivered” and think I’ll just try it on.

How do I know they are being delivered? It’s just a case of numbers.
I sell 10 x the amount on my own site that I do on Amazon and in the past 3 years (so thousands of orders) I can count the amount on INR’s on one hand (and even then it’s because Royal Mail due truly show no updates on the tracking numbers).

I tried to bring up the question with SS on why items are not being marked as delivered and they said it’s up to the buyer to report it to get it marked on their account as delivered
How backward is that?
How is that even addressing the problem that I and other people who have reported it on the forum in the past.

Are Amazon EVER going to take seller complaints seriously?

That is a totally ridiculous reply from SS.
