Me too. Always add comment as well, and told Amazon always on the customer side and never on the seller side, regardless.
It looks like they asking questions recently about themselves, and try to justify how good they are to us LOL

I’ve never hit the “strongly disagree” option so fast! I don’t tend to get many reviews, especially written reviews, but occasionally we get the odd 2-3 star review that is solely based on Amazon not refunding a product (which I can’t understand as most are RAFS), or the negative (not 4-5 star) reviews are solely based on customer taste, which to be honest, I don’t mind as we are all entitled to an opinion. It’s just a shame that a review that states “The earrings didn’t match my outfit” is a worthy negative review of the product or service given.
I’ve tried having a few reviews removed due to not reviewing the product or service given to no avail. I don’t waste any time on them now.

I do however get some great reviews from time to time so that is always a bonus and always makes my day!

I sell sports team products and I have lost count of the many times that customers think it is funny to leave a one out of five review because they hate the team that their relative or friend supports and example “A good looking product pity that my cousin loves Man u no accounting for taste YNWA up the Pool”

Yep smashed that disagree button! Had a review left last week for a product we don’t even sell, No response from customer, spoke to support “Nope cannot remove its customers opinion” The review talks all about the product and the colour, not something we sell, ever have or ever will…

I don’t understand why you need to mark the review as inappropriate, then Amazon use AI to strike it through. Why not remove it with AI before?

I’m a Long time seller closing down my business and selling the last of my stock and no longer “scared” of Amazon!!

My “Made me feel better, but wont change anything moment today”, received the following email from an Amazon Account Representative:

Dear Lee,

I hope you are well!

I have tried calling the numbers on your seller central account but unfortunately, they don’t seem to be correct. ************** is not in service. Please update your contact information as soon as possible.

I am trying to contact you regarding an exclusive opportunity to partner with Amazon to support the strategic growth of your account. Firstly, I would like to find out what your objectives are this year in terms of account growth i.e. expanding into Europe, brand registry, new product lines etc.

Look forward to hearing back soon!

I thought about just deleting the email and moving one, but i couldn’t resist:

My Reply:

Hi,

We changed our number to the correct one when this one went out of service.

I’ve checked my UK account and can’t see the old number anywhere, so you must be working on an old database!

I will translate the phrase you used “exclusive opportunity to partner with Amazon to support the strategic growth of your account” from Amazon Speak to Real World Speak “I want to sign you up, at a cost, to an opportunity we offer to everybody and once I’ve got you onboarded and I have my commission, you won’t see me for dust!!”

I think you can work out from the tone of my reply, it’s not something I am interested in; however, I am aware of Amazon Employees undeterred belief of self-confidence, and you still think there is a chance to change my mind, believe me, nothing will change my mind!!

I look forward to your call, when you find the correct contact number in my account that is, and depending on my mood and how much time I have on my hands, will determine how long I dangle you on my hook before getting bored and putting the phone down, but not before, and bear in mind that you would have called me, I will let you know my views on how badly Amazon treats its sellers!!
