Is it possible you could explain the situation a little more? And do you have the ASIN for the product in question? Don’t want to give the wrong advice is all! I can have a look for you and see

I had one of these. I couldn’t get it removed and had to wait 180 days for it to drop off.
I still have no idea what I was being accused of.

It is not just a pain it is really stressful. I had my account at risk for 6 months and as I had no idea what I was being accused of they could easily have accused me again and destroyed my business.

@Gaz I’m sorry that you’re going through this; it’s a real pain. Are you using Helium 10 or similar by any chance? I had some email templates set up a while back that I was using to try and improve customer experience by checking in etc and they got flagged by Amazon as potentially trying to solicit reviews/spam customers. Complete rubbish of course but we all know how unpredictable the bots can be at times. It ended up causing a series of violations on the account that led to 2 separate 30 day suspensions from initiating contact with buyers and then an indefinite communication suspension. I’m wondering if you have a similar sort of thing set up that may have caused this without your knowledge?

same happened here around a month ago. appealed it explaining the ASIN was never used by us and we don’t solicit or post reviews on any amazon product. appeal denied, I should have expected this and I have learned my lesson: NEVER don’t post reviews on items you have never sold and NEVER don’t solicit reviews on items you have never sold.
I hope you learned your lesson too!!!
