Sales have stopped for many of us, if you read these boards, nothing we’ve done wrong either.
I would work on your title though. Rather than spam the product name with keywords, give the product a name that simply says what it is. “Stoma bag with Rubik’s cube design” might be a starting point?

I’ve had a quick look and the only thing that comes to mind is that ‘Rubik’s Cube’ might need the ® copyright symbol?
If you have only recently changed the listing title it can take time for orders to settle back to normal – I had a 3+ week ‘dry spell’ when the listing rules changed.
