I cannot list a new item. It sends me to search for an existing product. These are one-of-a-kind items.
If they’re one of a kind items would they be better on handmade? https://services.amazon.co.uk/handmade.html
You will need to get a barcode for it. Don’t go on eBay and buy some they will get you into trouble, you will need a GS1 account, (think that’s the name)
So what should I do? Sorry I know you barely know me.
Hi, I’m a seller on handmade. You don’t need a barcode in order to list an item, Amazon will automatically create one when you list it and this is what you’ll use if you ever do FBA.
If it is sending you to register your shop… have you checked that the registration is complete? Possibly there is something you’ve missed…
In terms of listing an item and getting an overall understanding, your best bet, is to read the Handmade style guide… that pretty much tells you all you need to know. Good luck…
I am still completely lost. I consider myself reasonably intelligent but I am chasing myself in circles. Somebody help please.
