I can't sell even after my details have been updated - is there a contact centre who can help?

HI,

I have been getting the following messages when I attempt to list some inventory items (books):

“You are not approved to list this product and we are not accepting applications at this time.”

I contacted Seller support and they advised me that I need to update credit card details in order re-activate my account and list items. I have done this twice now and still my account is not allowing me to add new items to sell.

Is there a suitable contact email I can get help from? It’s very frustrating that the contact pages are not resolving my issue at all.

Credit card details and approval to sell specific categories are generally two different things.
Are you sure that your account is actually activated?
But even if activated, you still may not be able to list in the category that your trying to list in.

Thanks for the reply, Neil.

I used to sell books before but had a long pause in activity so I was advised they put a block on my account. In order to re-activate and sell I had to update my credit card details - this was supposed to be the easiest way of activation.

But after updating my credit card twice now I still can’t sell items (books) I used to sell before the block.

I feel as though I need support from Amazon directly but they are not providing suitable contact information to report this which is really frustrating!
