Impossible to list with brand registry
I’m finding this impossible to work with. The process to register to sell a brand is fubar.
They expect me to approach a multi national corporation to get permission from ???
No assistance in applying for registration.
This is the typical Amazon backwards way of approaching a problem of counterfeiting, a problem they’ve caused and ignored for years.
Every single time I have to deal with Amazon and assess their “improvements” I wonder, truly amazed, how this company grew to this size with the gross incompetence they have always displayed.

Your title would suggest that you are trying to list with Brand Registry, clearly you cannot Register someone else’s brand with brand registry, you have to own the brand to be able to do that, including registered trade marks.

Have to agree with this. They are preventing me from listing products under my own trade-marked brand. About to give up altogether. Why bother fighting with a company to use your own brand? Absolute craziness
