Do NOT try to open a new account, you will end up with both suspended and in even more trouble.

You need to find the original email and sort the problems on this account out.

I called amazon and it was said that all intellectual property violations can happen.

I am currently going through the same issue for
Suspected Intellectual Property Violation in particular to the ‘‘Potential Design Rights Misuse’’

I have been fighting Amazon for 8 week now even though i have provided the below documentation, The account Specialists have no idea what they are doing and only issue information that is readily found on the Amazon site, give no insight to their findings and no explanation of the exact issue of concern so as to rectify issue.

I have now had my Legal team send a letter to Amazon legal Team in Luxembourg awaiting a legal response

Letter of Authorization to use brand logo
Letter of Authorization to Distribute and sell
UK Intellectual Property & Trade Mark
EU Patent Design
State Intellectual Property Office of the People’s Republic of China
Testing & Compliance Certification
Manufacturing Diagrams & Schematics Conformity Certification
