Issue With Valid Tracking
Amazon Headlines - WWWWOOOOHHHHOOOO
They now acknowledge there is an issue, they have been telling me the problem did not exist since the beginning of January. Unfortunately they are not going to have it sorted until 15th April, so no rush then.
I will just refer them to their own announcement the next time I get one of their replies, I have many explaining to me in excruiating language and useless detail that the problem is mine and not theirs.

Seems a bit odd that they know the exact date the problem will be sorted. Normally you would say a problem will be sorted ASAP or may take a few weeks or whatever. Is there some significance in the date 15th April ?

Help me out here guys . I read the opening post but am unsure what the actual issue here is being discussed . Everyone who posted in response seems to understand the issue , but it is not clear to me .
Is the issue that postage tracking is somehow going awry .
Or is this an issue regarding vat , or both .
