Leaving price tag on product

Hi everyone, I accidentally left the original price tag some products I sent in. a customer was not happy about it. I have a few more of those items left… is it best removing them or leaving it.

thanks:)

Would you be happy to buy something at £10 and receive it with a price tag of £5 on it?

If it does not damage, or detract from the value of the item, I would and do myself remove any price tags, even if my own original price stickers.

I suppose there’s a question about why those items have price tags on them. If the answer is because they were bought retial, then I’d recommend reading other posts on the perils of retail arbitrage.

I’d suggest a work instruction covering unit prep.

You’ve opened yourself right up there.

I had that happen once.
it had RRP of £10 on it and we were charging £12
Customer was annoyed but we explained that the RRP doesn’t take into consideration shipping which we built into our final retail price.
So if you can I’d pull them and get the label off but if it’s only a small difference then I wouldn’t bother and just tackle the buyers who comment on it.
