We had this from stu at tradebox
“We don’t currently have any direct shipping integration in the software. It is something we are looking to add in the future, but its not in our immediate development plans.”

I tied in a further 12 months before they had the chance to contact me. Have you looked at the linnworks group on FB, there are quiet a few threads discussing this and alternatives. Mintsoft and stok.ly seem to be the favourite’s in regards to similar features.

Just found a message we had in 2019
'User-based or order-based. It’s your choice.
As an existing Linnworks customer, you now have the choice to remain on your current ‘user-based’ plan, or move to one of the new ‘order-based’ plans.
-
Stay on your current plan – If you choose to stay on your current ‘user-based’ plan then nothing changes for you, the monthly or annual price and all your product features will be the same. You also have our guarantee that we will maintain your price at the same level for the next two years, with any rise in the third year no greater than 20%.
-
Move to a new ‘order-based’ plan – If you wish to move to one of our new ‘order-based’ plans (see here), then log in to your Linnworks account and select one of the new plans in the subscription page.’
so we should not be paying more than 20% to what we’re currently paying

we trying veeqo and Expandly (which also does the accounting, so maybe its going to save us money over; since we pay for linkmybooks also)
I’d stay with them even at 3,600 if they did not want to remove the FBA for that price and then put us on a charge per order which personally I think is a crazy price plan

We use tradebox. It links from amazon ebay and our woocommerce site to sage downloading fees to sage too. We pint out orders from sage which act as picking lists/customer invoice, then use dpd or parcelforce for shipping. The tracking numbers are scanned into sage. Tradebox then takes all the orders and tracking and uploads it to amazon ebay etc. Stock qty can automatically upload or be done manually; Job done. We initially got it for the simplicity of downloading the fees but it now runs everything for us. It costs an annual fee depending on how many channels you use, ie one for ebay, one for website, one for amazon uk one for amazon DE and so forth. We use 10 channels and its around £17,000 inc VAT a year.

I use Seller Dynamics, its prices are based on your turnover rather than your number of orders and numbers of inventory items.
I use it to do my postage as well, but I’m a fairly basic poster (letter or large letter, 1st or 2nd class) but I know I can set up rules etc, or assign different methods to different marketplaces etc I just don’t use so I don’t know how complex it is. But I know you can set up rules based on postcode, weight, height, order quantity etc

We’re giving tradebox a trial
I feel the pricing is right for what these order management systems do for our businesses

You not only one, we annually pay 3200£ with five users included. They increased the price to 27000£ with FBA orders, imagine nearly 10x. We said, come on, it’s not fair to increase by this factor.
However, they agree to go down to around 17k annually still, still 5x times than before. We have had linnworks since early 2015. They became scalpers, took out pricing pages from the website, and negotiated prices personally. In other words- They are trying to suck out as much as they can.
We have multiple customs scripts running on linnworks, custom dashboards reports etc. So it would be tough to leave their platform- and they know it, {Moderator Edit (Jessica) profanity removed}
My advice- try to negotiate, have a poker face, and tell them that you have an alternative…
