SAME! Just got this e-mail this morning and now one of our listings have been stranded!!! However, we DO NOT SELL IN FRANCE! By the looks of it this form is just for people who sell the item in France and are based in the EU??? As no option to select UK.

You’ll still need a responsible person either way, it’s required for sales in Northern Ireland

I’ve just had a message back from seller support who advised my stock is stranded as it doesn’t have a “sale live date”… I advised the item has never been on sale and it’s a fixed price… never reduced it ever… I’ve checked the other date which is the on sale from date and that’s from 2019… so no issues there… any thoughts?

I got in contact with the FBA team and stated i am only selling in the UK & will close my listings in all EU countries, i was informed my UK listing should be back live within 24 hours, not sure if i believe them or not!

Does this mean that I correct in saying that if you sell anything via FBA which is CE marked, you need a responsible person? Even if you no longer sell to the EU?
Is there a way to exclude NI?
And what about FBM?

I have removed all the listings from EU sites, also removed links from EU sites.
The listings they have de-activated have still not been reinstated. I did chat with them but they don’t have much idea about the issue.

And just for clarity, section 6.2 makes reference to being an online seller rather than a manufacturer. It also says that the location of the manufacturer may remove your responsibility if they are based in the EU / NI.
