Live on Amazon Photos are not mine?

Afternoon,

Someone has hijacked my Amazon photos, I have tried to reupload but still they show as the attached.

Completely wrong images overwriting the correct ones on listings are happening a lot. I had to keep contacting Amazon seller help until someone actually understood. Took about 3 weeks!

As it effected my main seller of my hand made brand, I paid £170 for a trademark registration and applied for brand registration to hopefully try and stop this image hijacking.

So far so good as the day after my brand was approved I received an email from Amazon stating a new image suggestion has been made for your brand Asin… and to please review this and change if appropriate.

Not sure if or how it will help, but a google search for the image reveals a number of Amazon listings with this image (obviously incorrectly) attached to it. You would hope that a real human being at Amazon would recognise this as an error.
