Lost A-Z despite using International signed for
I used the template
“Hello, the order was shipped on with tracking number by carrier Royal Mail. The shipment can be tracked on this link: . According to the order’s tracking information, the package was delivered to the correct address on . Please close this claim since the order was already delivered. Thank you.”
But still lost despite uploading tracking when marked as dispatched, and the tracking page shows signed by the same name as the custoemr name.
Also had an order defect marked on my account, how can this happen when a seller does everything they are supposed to?
Please advise on appeal and what to do next. I treid searching and all the threads are not updated by the OP after asking for advise.

Did you lose the claim immediately after responding? Amazon will normally request you to e-mail them a pdf file with the buyer’s signature within 3 days. Have you checked your e-mail to see if Amazon contacted you?
If you didn’t receive any communication, appeal the claim outcome using the “Appeal” button.

It’s a big problem with using Royal Mail that although you can send via International Signed, Royal Mail freely admit that whilst a signature is required for the delivery they don’t have to provide you with a copy of the signature (or that even the final delivery partner record it)
From the Royal Mail website
- We collect signatures for items posted using our International Tracked & Signed or International Signed services on delivery. However, we don’t provide a copy of the signature to you as part of the service and it’s not available to view online.
Which kind of makes the whole idea of a signed service pointless

I have sent hundreds of ISF over the years and never ever seen a signature on the tracking.

Thx guys - glad I’m not the only one with that opinion.
I guess @Mountain_Lyon just had his knickers in a twist and wanted to vent a bit. Well that’s the most complimentary reasoning I can think of.

Normally it takes a dumb person to write a dumb post so same difference, but I do agree with your final conclusion.
