Hi, how can I make variations into stand alone items again and still keep their skus?

If you created the variation yourself, you can simply delete the variation parent SKU.
Otherwise you’ll need to open a case with seller support and ask them to orphan the SKUs

I usually email support - stating the SKUs, explain that they do not seem to perform as well with variations (some listing do - but I’ve found most don’t in my category!) and ask could they split them again (they always do pretty quickly). Once done, delete the parent as you won’t need that anymore.

Delete parent listing, all child listing will stay standalone again,
