Messages over SLA - Easter

HI All,

Noticed an email from Amazon today saying we are no longer able to offer premium shipping as we have gone under on our metrics, then log into Amazon and find we have 3 messages over SLA

We last had staff in on Saturday morning then had Easter off and Back in today on the BH to reply.

Surly Amazon cant expect us to reply to messages on Easter day? any way we can appeal the defects on our account? Anyone had success with this?

Thanks all, just looked at my metrics and its 0% across the board apart from late dispatch (0.48%) but target is under 4%.

Anything else that could have an impact?

Your right, these are showing as 0% and N/A. seems our system isnt feeding the tracking info back in.

There must be a different reason behind the loss of your Premium Delivery eligibility.
