Multi channel inventory management system

Hello happy campers,

I’ve got to the stage now where i can’t keep track of inventory over multiple channels, on occasions where i oversell, it’s causing me some anxiety as i like to think i keep on top of things.

I’ve delved into the market of signing up for an decent inventory management system for all the usual top market places, they all look like they offer the same kind of service, so i’m hoping someone can say they can recommend a good service to use. The costs seem quite steep, so i want to make sure i get the best service for my money.

For clarity, i currently sell around 3000 units per month on mostly below £10 products

Cheers everyone

I found a lot of more “popular” ones were going to cost a fortune, mostly because they have order/inventory limitations, charge per marketplace etc

I use Seller Dynamics, which has unlimited orders and unlimited inventory items, marketplaces etc and has simple fees based on your turnover.

I’m at that stage now. I’ve tried separating stock for different marketplaces as well. It just makes my head hurt.

What happens with me is that because Amazon is such a big chunk of my business, I neglect the other marketplaces. Having a centralised stock figure would give me the confidence to expand.

£150 a month is a big commitment. The service you suggested does appeal, especially as it’s UK based.

Do you use Etsy, eBay, onbuy and your own site? Mines through Shopify, so I’d be very pleased to know if it integrates well with those

I use it for Amazon FBA & FBM (it switches a listing to FBA when you send stock in, then if FBA runs out of stock it switches it back to FBM until you replenish FBA), Ebay and Etsy, I don’t have my own website at this time (something I’ve been thinking about, but haven’t decided if I have the time or energy to commit to one at this time)

I know for a fact it integrates with Shopify, in fact they recommend it.

I’ve gone ahead and started the 14 days trial Dedez, currently trying to get support to help me connect Amazon, i think i’ve followed all the steps.

I found their tutorial on the actual program was enough to get me connected, however everything has to be exact - so if you are having problems make sure there are no rogue spaces anywhere.

Other than that I find the support system good, they are quick to respond and have always solved my issues (mostly ones I’ve created myself!)

it was on the program when I logged in, when you click to add a marketplace the little tutorial popped up and walked me through it.

Return policy for ebay?

Markets > Manage > pick your ebay account and you’ll see it on the right column under properties
