Multiple account violation
Hi,
New seller on Amazon made the first sale. Thereafter, I got a multiple accounts policy violation. But I cannot see anywhere what these accounts are.
I contacted seller support and they gave me a generic response about email addresses not being the correct channel, IP complaints, listing violation etc…
I have one account with multiple regions activated if that matters?
All I am trying to do is work out what two accounts they are talking about. Where can I get this?

They usually state in the email the name of the account you are linked to
Did you ever open an account, fail or not complete verification and start afresh ?
Do you share office space, home or ip addresses with an seller ?
Do you use a 3rd party prep centre?
Do you use a VA ?

Not that I recall. The fact it’s the exact username is a little odd. I’ll just respond saying it was in “error” maybe that might shed some more light on it.

With all the above information that you have posted I understand that you need help in getting your account reactivated. It seems like your account has been deactivated as the team has identified that it is linked to another account. There can be multiple reasons for your account being linked to another account.
In this case I would recommend you to first try to have a deep dive research from your end to identify how your account might have got linked.
Reactivate any and all accounts that have been enforced for policy violation by submitting one appeal for each enforcement. Please follow the instructions in the Performance Notification that you received for that account.
If there is any other evidence or document that you believe you can prove that you have no relation with any other account, please submit them.
