Need help with verification
Hi everyone
I am starting the verification process and I have been told I need to make a video call
I’ve been sent a link but when I get to the pick a market page I was told to select American market but it it says my bank card needs changing and a tax code is needed and won’t take me past that page to the make a appointment page I’ve tried to reset my card which is good for uk and had been billed by Amazon
Does anybody no what to do?it says my account is deactivated until I arrange a video call

I am too unfortunately having the same problem in regards to having selecting the US
I don’t have the US as an option to select!
(UK, Europe, Australia and Japan are the only options)
