New Account still not validated - no help from Support
Hello,
I have set up a Seller account and I have sent in my inventory to Amazon FBA.
I has been 1 month and my account is still not validated. I have contacted the support staff 20+ times all with no timeline for how long I need to wait further, if there is an issue on my account or not.
My inventory is stranded due to this and will be sent back if account is not activated.
Please can someone urgently help with this.

Hi for initial setup verification it can take around a month but each time you chase it all it does is delay things even further as it moves back over rather than forward.
Really you should have waited on sending inventory incase it comes back field verification or incase you learnt you need additional approval to list in that catagory which can delay things further such as things like covid supplies or toys.
All you can do now is sit patiently
