New Seller, How to overcome the buy box/CPC advertising problem?
Good Evening,
As a new seller we are looking to sell our own products on Amazon fulfilling by merchant as we have our own warehouse. Now, after listing a few products we don’t have the buy box for any of them. To my understanding to win the buy box you need sales data and good shipping etc. How do we get these metrics without advertising? I understand it’s there to protect customers and new sellers… but we’ve been doing business for over 20 years and I know can handle a few orders… This is our product alone, no one else is competing and it’s not cheap items either… £100+

Unfortunately, as an fbm seller, all you can do is wait
You could use your social media to drive sales to amazon however, you’d have to weigh up the cost of the fees , and then the advertising once you get the Buy Box because if social media worked that well, youd be better to direct buyers to your own site
