No Longer Winning the Buy Box for Any Products we Sell
Hi all,
We have noticed that from Midnight on Sunday Night our Sales have dropped off a cliff.
Upon further investigation, it looks like it is due to us not winning the Buy Box for any products we sell.
We are competitive with other retailers and still even when we are selling something for £4.99 and the only other retailer on the listing is selling for £14.99 we are still not winning the Buy Box.
Something else that we have noticed is that even when we are the only retailer on a listing and the price is at RRP or lower instead of winning the Buy Box it shows a button stating "See All Buying Options’.
We have checked everything, including our Account Health and everything looks ok our end.
Does anyone know what could have caused this turning off the tap or are other retailers experiencing something similar?
Any advice welcome.

Have you checked your estimated delivery date on your product detail page? I experienced the same last week, however, after I turned on the Shipping Setting Automation in my shipping template, my sales went back to normal.

Exactly the same has happened to me, lost buy box over the weekend. Definitely seems to be something Amazon have done over the weekend.
All account health metrics are good. ODR 0.69%, Late Dispatch 0%, Cancellation rate 0%, VTR 100%, Feeback 100% late 90 days 98% last 365 days.
Like you I’m also using Royal Mail (but do buy postage most of the time via Amazon as we have linked our RM account to Amazon) if that’s a factor.
Spoke to seller support but they were of no help.

Something has changed, my buy box wins have dropped for no reason so I’ve turned on shipping automation as mentioned to see if that makes a difference

Same here we are currently sat with no sales today and only one yesterday, 2 over the weekend which I just put down to being January. This morning just doing a general health check and noticed that we have not got one buy box and we are the only seller on most of our products, we are not in competition with anyone been there done that… lol. So at a guess its something Amazon have done and now we have to sit and wait for whatever glitch to be unglitched! I am so glad I do not rely on Amazon to pay my bills honestly I would of gone under a long time ago!!
