No payment on last order

Hi. Has anyone experienced problems being paid for their items sold?. It’s been three weeks + since I sent the last item, but have had no funds or communication to say anything. I’ve tried Facebook but have been hit with a smokescreen by filling in two lots of explanations and then the link doesn’t work when you try to finalise the details.

Why would you contact Facebook about your payments?

Why?

You need to go into your seller account. Settings>Account info>Reports>Payments. If Funds available is zero, look lower down the page at Net proceeds>Account level reserve. The amount outstanding should be there and will be released a few weeks after the latest Estimated Delivery Date. Payment will then be authorised on your next scheduled disbursement date (7 or 14 day cycle) and will then take the usual few days to actually reach your bank account. But once the amount appears as available and the “request payment” button is no longer greyed out, you can request immediate disbursement
