I’ve been 11 days, they do not respond. You are better trying to resolve your issue with the account health team as clearly we are not worthy of this internals teams time. If you somehow manage to guess the correct magic words then your account may be reactivated without ever having a reply from seller performance.

Different teams are different times new sellers with inactive accounts seem to be waiting the longest upto 7 weeks, but people who have already been selling seem to be getting answered a lot sooner from reading forms it appears
