I have problems with my listings as I am unable to update the title, bullet points and details. Help please, this is some of the story:

When I created my listing I put NA as Brand Name to be able to go through, Amazon now put the name of my product on their catalogue “XYZ” so when you go Amazon webpage you can see by “XYZ”. Having said that, I have a parent and 3 children, when I click to edit on one fo the children it appears :

When I go to the name of my brand it stills appear NA on my side and “XYZ” on what Amazon has registered; when I change the brand name to “XYZ” the problem goes away and I am able to save, but it never allows me to change the title, bullet point, or description.

I believe the problem is with my listing, I am not sure what to do.
I contacted Amazon, and they suggested update brand name via feeds, however, is not working, I purge and replace my inventory, but it does not fix the issue either.
Should I delete the parent?

Anyone with a similar issue??
