Over 12 Months and still no account

Its well over 12 months now and i am still no nearer getting my account activated.

Its impossible to contact Amazon. Ive used the request call back button but it just loops back saying call ended. They have obviously blocked it. Is there any other way to contact them?

your other thread says your card expires 08/23 and there needs to be at least 6 months left on it to be valid

try a new credit card

it also says your payments account failed verification - thats mean that whatever ID and utility bill you sent, does not match with the details they hold for you

i see you are a ltd
the address at CH, is that your home or work (google shows your other business at that address so I am presuming work - although i wouldn’t have thought the two would mix !)
therefore, when they asked for a utility bill, did you send a bill in your own name and home address ?
