Pending orders - going straight to late - affect late dispatch rate?
Hey guys, having a issue with my late dispatch rate, but have realised that we have orders going from 3 days in pending, into ready to dispatch and straight to late (which is killing our late dispatch rate if we have already printed and dispatched for the day) as we have a 1 day dispatch time
anyone else have any experience with this? or am i the chosen one. we have been working hard to fix our late dispatch rate (which occurred due to the above happening in the first place!) but seem to make 2 steps forward and 3 steps back

Is it happening with all of them ? And are they standard orders or sfp or premium ?
Maybe extend your handling time until you get to the bottom of it

I had this last week two orders just appear one afternoon and showed late dispatch and dated 5 days earlier
I had processed all orders every day to 4pm and was at zero orders on the orders page - filters etc not changed yet this two orders suddenly appear stating late dispatch!
SS clearly do the normal of they where placed xx date and therefore not late to dispatch - I know for sure they were not there the day before or the two days before that so had just dropped into orders to dispatch.
