Pictures changed on listings
The item pictures have been changed on two of our listings. Nothing else has changed and we are still the only seller of these items (they carry our trademark and we created the listing), so it’s not some attempt at hijacking the listing.
I can’t find a way to remove the new pictures (which are of completely different items). When I edit the listings our original pictures are still there but if I look at the listing as a customer only the new incorrect picture is showing.
Does anyone know what causes this to happen and how I can get the correct pictures back?

There have been several threads about this, and I haver quite a few books where the photos have morphed into t-shirts, children’s shoes and other random items - it is crazy, and how this happens I haven’t a clue as to try and get an image changed to the correct one is nigh on impossible.

good luck getting AZ to change them back! we ended up having to threaten them with legal action for someone to actually do their job and change them back!
They refused to tell us who did it! but they did it several times over a few months!

Yes, they are good selling lines, but having the wrong picture may put paid to that. I guess I’ll keep on eye on their sales while I chase Amazon to let me put the pictures right before deciding whether to go nuclear on them on not.
