Please help, I am new seller and have only one account
We found that your account is related to an account that may not be used to sell on our site. As a result, you may no longer sell on Amazon.co.uk, and your listings have been removed from our site.
Account is currently suspended and from the notification I understood account is linked to another account, but I only have one account. Please advise

Could someone else have used your address previously, or has someone used your, or their computer/laptop to long onto Amazon?

Not sure exactly what happened, I always had one seller account.
I had cancelled few orders, that might be reason for suspension?

Remember it is one account per household , not just one per person . So if anyone else in your home has an Amazon Seller account , you are not allowed to have one . One per household.
