Please help

Hi All,

Really need help. I set up an account to sell. Set up as an individual and mistaken I can’t sell new things. They requested verification and despite my sending the request multiple times I kept getting the same message.
As a result, my account was then deactivated and now suspended!
Unable to re activate it as the lin does nothing when I click it. Just tells me it is suspended.
Unable to open a case to be contacted as the account is suspended.
Someone PLEASED help im at a loss and cant move forward at all :frowning:

Have you registered with HMRC as a sole trader or set up a limited company to become a business?

As above post, you need to register with HMRC as self-employed, probably sole-trader if just starting out - can be done online.
They will send you your UTR, and then you will need to contact Amazon Seller Support (Help), ask them to open up the option to change the legal entity of your account from Individual to Business and input your UTR.
