Poor Photo Quality on A+ Content Manager

Hi,
The quality of my photos on the A+ Content Manager are very poor. They’re great on things like the actual product photos, but when using the A+ content manager for things like comparison charts they are very low quality. They appear fine on my computer so I’m not sure why. I have tried JPEG at 100% quality and png, neither come out better. I’ve also ensure the dimensions are correct.
If anyone could help that would be great.
Thanks

Well after 3 and a half months (no joke), I finally got a response from Amazon. They said there might be too much white in the image, but there wasn’t and even when I tried to reduce it it sitll made no difference. Other than that they just gave me the usual stuff that you can find on their website anyway. In short, there’s nothing you can do, at least not with Amazon’s help. If you do find a solution though please let me know, I hate that the images look so bad.

Hi,
Your images will be resized to fit the maximum sizes listed next to each template box if they are too large.
But the images will not be resized if they are smaller than the template limits. It is this that gives the blurry effect.
You can check each modules template for the correct image sizes as they do vary.
