Hi there - please could someone from Amazon assist with this query urgently?

I’m trying this route because so far we’ve been unsuccessful in having our case resolved through the usual Case Log.

Since this morning, the PRIME option has disappeared from our product listing for customers and our listing just says “More options available - £12.90 Other sellers”.

Please note, our health supplement is unique, there are no other sellers and up until yesterday our customers could use PRIME which we are eligible to since we are FBA.

We have paid a hefty amount for advertising to go live today and we have had 0 sales today because of this glitch.

Can someone please urgently look at our open cases raised and contact me. We have spoken to representatives and told that the relevant department that should deal with this cannot be directly accessed.

We are relatively new sellers and we have recently moved up the ranks nicely after a lot of hard work. If this is not resolved today we will drop down the ranks and all the sponsored ads we’ve paid for through Amazon will have gone to waste.

Very concerned.
