Problems at EUKB?
Hi everyone, is anyone having issues at EUKB?
All of our SNL shipments are going there in November and we have found EUKB to be extremely slow. Pretty much all the shipments haven’t had all their boxes opened. Some have been delivered many days ago but they haven’t even been checked in.
Some of our products have gone out of stock while waiting to be received.

Amazon gets extremely busy at this time of year with the increase of stock for Xmas, you will just have to be patient, many sellers are in the same situation as yourself

Yes, - all my other FBA going to other FC getting checked in quite quickly -
This FC we have shipments still not been delivered that were collected by ups 2 weeks ago (tracking just says no date for delivery, delivery rescheduled etc); frustrating as these are fast moving stocking fillers now out of stock

I’m having the exact same problems with EUKD, sent 2 cartons 2 weeks ago. They literally just checked in one of the boxes in today. The rest of the shipment from last week Monday are still in transit and all my other shipment sent around the same time to different centres were received in about 3 to 4 days

My other shipments were not SNL. But EUKB destination was, just had both cartons checked in and fully received.

FBA Centers EUKA EUKB EUKD etc are notorious right now, sent in goods 3 weeks ago which still have not been checked in, shipments sent to other centers after that have been checked in and sold and resent
I don’t know whats up with these places, needs to be fixed
One shipment of 3 boxes is nearing its reconcile investigation tomorrow
Every shipment I create wants to be sent there, so just cancel and don’t bother

Update EUKB delivered 12 days ago,received into inventory this morning.
EUKA shipment been at Northampton UPS since last Thursday.

I have 3 shipments to EUKB sent over the last 4 weeks none have been checked in but state delivered. Sent another last week which has got there? So frustrating.
At what point can you open an investigation - or does it need to be checked in to do this?

Big issues at EUKB.
I sent a shipment of 400 items for a single ASIN on the 28th November, delivered but not checked in. The complete opposite experience with other centers as I was extremely impressed and excited when more complicated, everything in a box but dozens of asins type shipments got delivered next day by UPS, checked in and for sale the next day by amazon. This made me worry my items were lost in petersborough so I sent another shipment of 100 of the same ASIN and it’s in the same issue.
Competitors are in the same boat with their prime listing. They have constantly pushed back the ETA on “pre-orders”. Annoyingly, they won’t give the buy box for my FBM listing no matter how competitive the price is. I lost my premium shipping just before Christmas but around this period I always send these items 1st class regardless. Now my 500 units will have to wait until next year to be sold as it’s quite seasonal.
Overall FBA has been a blessing given everything that is going on in the world, but EUKB dfinitely needs a plan of action for next year.
