im having real problems with listing an item not sold on amazon. i have a gtin exemption approved but it just keeps saying i need to provide one. i am listing for baby bath toys so i dont know if i need permission to sell baby toys for bath. and if i do how would i do that?

when you applied for the gtin exemption you applied for a specific brand name, in specific categories.
Are you sure you are tying the brand name it was approved for correctly, and did you definitely request exemption in the toys category?
