Reactivate your account
Hi there, I have attempted to open a seller account. The account was activated, then within 3hrs was deactivated. I have submitted umpteen additional docs to support the reactivation, including:
Bank statement (correct name and address etc)
Business Rent Agreement (showing our address etc)
Business mobile phone bill (showing our address and the bill providers details)
Beneficial Owner’s home council tax bill (details match the account details in Amazon)
Beneficial Owner’s home electricity bill (details match the account details in Amazon).
Amazon claim to not be able to verify these - yet some of the above were used in the initial setup, and they all meet their requirements.
Despite all this, they have somehow been ok to debit the payment for the account. Handily, that side of things appears to be working just fine.
I have tried the ‘call me now’ for the account specialist, but unsurprisingly, that does not work - it states an ‘Internal error’ each time I try (I have tried this on multiple browsers).
I don’t even have a single product listed - I never made it that far.
The endless, faceless loop that Amazon drop you into is infuriating.
Please can anyone advise on how I can speak to a human at Amazon?
