Read my plan of action - does it make sense...(hope your sitting in your seats for this one)
Here’s what I’ve received instead of a reply for my pending verification:
A [Customer Product Reviews Policy Violation] - so now I’m risk of losing my account - who cares.
So I’m being told to write a plan of action:
this is what I wrote in my plan of action and sent it to amazon: (hope your sitting well in your seats)
Hi your system on amazon is appalling. Your bots AI system has flagged a violation on my account for product reviews, which I or any of my staff have never been apart of. (I haven’t sold that item in over 3 years)
So therefore I feel you at amazon should reply back to me with a plan of action of how you will resolve this issue including all relevant information about how your ruining sellers lives on amazon, by sending these policy violations for a violation they have not been part of. And not the other way around.
Most sellers feel stressed when selling on amazon because they worry about all the policies in place which may ruin your seller account overnight.
I’ve been part of selling on amazon for about 10 years, and I’ve never found a company so stressful to deal with. The cases we open with seller support doesn’t ever get resolved and just passed on from department to department. My case of pending verification has been ongoing for 11 months now, and I’m still not able to sell on amazon, due to verification.
So I’ve decided to help other companies who value my time, my effort and build my business further with those other platforms.
I’m not interested in amazon anymore, don’t want to be part of the journey with amazon, so each time i get a policy violation, or some email notification saying I’ve done wrong on my seller account and I’m at risk of loosing my seller privileges (while my account in pending verification) I will write back a plan of dislike i have towards amazon back.
I had a turnover of 2 million on amazon, and now I’ve added all my inventory to ebay and other platforms, so I’m not affected in my business and I will push and promote other platforms over amazon always.
So please keep sending my policy violations, because I don’t need amazon to make me money and make a living, and i want my account to go into risk of account closure and then close, as i have other ways / platforms that are way more helpful and caring towards sellers.
Amazon is the worst company I’ve ever connected too and I’m saying this is the lightest of ways trust me. Amazons policies are the most stupid policies I’ve had to deal with over the 10 years. I’ve wrote more plans of actions to amazon then i have at university, college and school and not even my business bank account have asked my for business plans ever.
So my plan of action from now on is to not care about my amazon seller account, until its closes itself from stupid policy violations of listing which don’t exist.
Now I await their turn and I guess it will be another plan of action, or policy violation. how did I guess.

a turnover of £2000 or 2 million a year on amazon doesn’t matter to them as you say you have not been selling for nearly a year what you don’t sell others will and the mighty machine will roll on and on

Amazon planning to control market and try to push and promote Chinese products. My research is getting stronger day by day on the Amazon categories where Chinese seller taking over.
Amazon don’t need UK based sellers. Amazon no more care of third party seller after COVID-19, they released that now online is future. Imagine after COVID-19, Amazon worth shot out more $35 Billion.
Purposely Amazon making difficult for seller to survive on their platform as they can’t handle new flow of the online sellers.
Amazon first invite all third party sellers on the their platform without restrictions, when Amazon started growing with the third party sellers they wants to dominate like GOOLE and FACEBOOK.
Amazon removed around 500 listing in Toys Categories for documentation. Now listing appearing for documentation from Office Supply categories. Can you imagine Pens and Pencils Category need documentation.
I am also waiting when they will close my account.

i think shouting in the wind is an apt description of everything to do with amazon ss i doubt amazon will collapse but if it does there will be many people on here that will not be crying i told you so but simply crying due to a lack of income

Its more of a ‘lets see where this goes’ approach.
Where im in charge and i do whatever, say whatever, and see how they respond if they ever do.
The bot AI will be learning as they will need data on how to deal with people like this. Ha ha ha
