Refunds and reimbursement issue?
- one of my units was cancelled today, and was shown as 0 pounds, is amazon giving my unit for fee will I be reimbursed?
2)one of my customers contacted me saying she made another order as initially the first one amazon said they lost it, despite been charged for both of those items, as in refunds fee - what is a promo fee and refund expenses, do i get charged for refunds, can i get reimbursed?

Cancelled units have either been cancelled prior to payment, or refunded - the unit will be returned to stock to be resold to another customer
I don’t believe fees are charged on refunds, but you could check in the transaction view of your payments dashboard
I find that promo fee is a bit of a false claim, it is actually postage paid by non prime members.
Again you can check the transaction view, if its a return then you don’t seem to get the original commission fees back.
