Request transfer button gone

HI
like a few others i had an extra payment on the 31st of may…my normal payment for 2 weeks was the 30th of may and then the next day this extra payment
but now the next payment is due 14/6 which is correct,but the yellow “request payment” button has gone.
so am i forced to wait 2 weeks every time like it was before??
thanks guys…any advice??
