Review Policy Violation account deactivated

Hi, I need help about a review policy violation warning. Over the last 1.5 months I have tried to get this solved but I am unable to solve the issue as the replies I get from Amazon are always the same.
It seems that they think I have obtained reviews in a fraudulent way (which is not true), I have not used any third party and all the reviews I have within my product listing are verified reviews from customers who bought my products.
They are asking me to provide:
To remove the warning and restore your listings, please send us the following:
– A detailed description of all methods that you used to post or obtain customer reviews that are prohibited by the Amazon Customer Reviews policy.
– Contact information such as name, email address, and website, of any third parties that you engaged to obtain prohibited reviews or manipulate reviews.
– Identifying information for any customer accounts that you or a third party used to post prohibited reviews.
– List of any prohibited reviews that you obtained. Please provide 1 active review IDs or review links of those reviews. Review ID example: RVBTR9XXXXMM. Review link example: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/customer-reviews/RVBTR9XXXXMM
– Documentation such as emails or receipts from any such third party confirming that you used their service.
– A detailed plan that explains how you will prevent customer reviews manipulation in the future.

The issue is that since I have not used any third party I am unable to provide any of this information. I have also asked clarity on what review triggered the alert but nothing, no response to this beside the list of actions mentioned above in order to remove the warning.

Can someone please help with this?

are you aware of what asin it relates to ? if so , what is the ASIN ?

Well I have done this but they keep sending the same automatic email. This is getting really annoyed. Not really sure anyone monitors this emails as I only receive automatic emails showing invoices form the 3rd party I used (which I have not used any) or providing information on fraudulent ways of getting reviews.

I have mentioned the steps I followed to get the product, that is only sold on Amazon, that I used sponsored product campaigns to advertised the product. That so far form the 400 orders I had I received 20 reviews from which 3 resulted to be from friends.
I have included the reviews ID and the order IDs.
I have mentioned that in the future I will make sure no family or friends who decide to buy the product leaves a review or comment.

What else do i need to say for them to unblock my asin?

I would suggest the issue with this is its not in the 3 part appeal format, you need to admit fault and also show you’ve read the relevant policy

For me this still isn’t in the required format and still doesn’t have a policy link. As you only get so many chances I’d draft it again and post on here before sending it again

Thanks for reaching to us regarding your appeal that you have done many times but not getting the concern ASIN reinstated and getting the same reply.

As you have mentioned in the appeal that your 3 friends put reviews and you provided the order ids link, but your appeal is not describing the preventative steps with complete details for an example how will you make sure that none of you family members or friends will put any review on your product, please describe the steps that you would take to prevent this policy violation.

In case you are unable to obtain the review details from your account you may ask your friends for the reviews they left and include the details in your appeal with date and time of review.

Please make sure that the appeal is with complete information to get your listing reinstated.
