RM click and drop CN22s
I have been putting on CN22s on packets for overseas completed through click and drop, as a just in case precaution. But I guess they are not really necessary. Can anyone give chapter and verse on this?

No, ask me in October! (AFAIK not necessary within Europe)

C&D is setup to print automatically CN22 together with the address label when necessary as it reads the country you and sending your order to - i.e.parcel to Norway with automatically print address label + CN22 as it’s needed. Parcel to Germany will print address label only and no CN22 is needed.
Test it on some of your orders just so you can see for yourself.
I hope this helps.

Your suppose to use BOTH electronic CN22 and physical label. As mentioned though Click & Drop can be setup to produce the CN22 (and CN23 now too) in the options. Dont worry if you havent been doing it (unless its China) most will get through anyway. I was just doing just Electronic for the first few months of the year and had no problems with circa 100+ orders going all over the world. But digging around on the RM site found a guide saying explicitly both methods should be used.
