I’ve just printed my manifest however it has an “Emergency” report number

Mine has been in progress for nearly an hour now. Had to use the emergency Click & Drop form

Mine last one was stuck in progress - and still is

Nothing to fix it, tried refreshing, tried opening a case, tried unlinking rm and re-adding - let me know if you find a fix as I can’t produce anything since

RM are undertaking maintenance all weekend. I managed to manifest prior to 6pm last night. The Buy Shipping manifest at 6.20pm is still “in progress”, and I assume will be until Monday morning. I had to use an Emergency Manifest form for that one.
In progress - Scheduled maintenance is currently in progress. We will provide updates as necessary.
Feb 11, 17:46 GMTScheduled - From 18:00 on Friday 11th until 08:00 on Monday 14th February, the Royal Mail OBA platform will be undergoing planned maintenance.
During this time, only manifest if you need to. If you do, Click & Drop will produce an emergency manifest for you to hand over to your driver.
Once OBA is back on Monday, our automated routines will submit the data into OBA

Emergency Manifest until Monday, however, it should still generate this within 10 seconds not 3 hours.
