Saturday shipping settins

Hi All

I am trying to set up non prime FBM collections for saturday with a cut off of 1pm.

I go to shipping settings>general shipping settings>order fulfillment settings but it only gives me an option to change the settings for saturdays under Prime only?

what am i missing?
