Save 5% on any 4 qualifying items
Hi guys,
I’ve seen basically all my competitors have a promotion titled " Save 5% on any 4 qualifying items" in green on their listings.
Does anyone know how to enroll in this? It’s quite hard to compete when they all have this and I don’t!

Could be the old Manage Promotions tool. You can set up basic Buy X, Save X% and more. You can find it under Advertising in the menu. Can be used by FBM.

As osgood says - Advertising > Manage Promotions. You’ll need to set up a Product Selection first (last tab) before then creating your promotion and applying it to those products. You can do it by individual listing or by node (so all your listing on that node, or all except…), etc.
