Seller fees file not downloadable

Since last summer when Amazon stopped attaching the monthly seller fees to an e-mail, I’ve been unable to open the file. I go to the right page but when i click on ‘view’ it just spins then nothing happens. i need to print these forms off for my book-keeper, can anyone help? if not does anyone know how to actually contact a person at Amazon?
