Seller privileges removed solution

Amazon received my first shipment last week of various items (clothes using 10 parent and 48 child listings) I was intending to sell. But I’ve just received the account deactivation notice due to inauthentic goods for 3 of my child variations on a jumper, I understand why this has probably happened looking back with hindsight as this variation has a Mario image on it.
I’ve sent an appeal as requested but from reading the forums I can see this will be quite tough so is the best solution just to offer Amazon the option to delete listings and destroy stock as I’m willing to take it as a lesson learned on this item and want to carry on selling the rest of my catalogue.

I’ve added the ASINs if that helps.

Thanks for any pointers on this as I’ve already made a few mistakes getting this far and thought that would be it now, selling yaaaayyy, but no lol

So, were the items authentic Nintendo merchandise or not?

If not, the only way how to appeal the suspension would be by deleting your entire inventory and promising Amazon, that from now on, everything will be sourced directly from the manufacturers or authorised distributors.

Here is an example appeal, which addresses a similar case and got another seller reinstated:
